The General Manager serves as the chief executive officer of the utility and reports directly to the Board of Directors. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, financial management, strategic planning, regulatory compliance, and customer service while maintaining strong relationships with employees, customers, contractors, and community stakeholders.

Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in utility management, public works, water operations, local government, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of water utility operations, budgeting, infrastructure management, and regulatory compliance preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound operational and financial decisions.
- Experience working with boards, governing bodies, or public agencies is beneficial.
- Relevant certifications or licensing are preferred but not required depending on candidate background.
- Equivalent combinations of education, experience, and training may be considered.
