The USDA/RD- Rural Utilities Service funds our Circuit Rider and Technical Assistance/Training programs. As a non-profit organization, IRWA provides on-site technical assistance to help assure cost-effective operations. We can assist you in operational, financial, and management problem solving. Please call us. We serve all of Iowa's community's, however our focus is on those with populations of less than 10,000. There is NO CHARGE for our services.
We ask that you consider doing two things if IRWA has been a help to you:
1. Take a few minutes now and jot us a brief note or send us an email of thanks. These notes and letters go a long way in helping us to continue our service to Iowa.
2. If your community is not a member of IRWA, ask for a membership application. The funds you pay for membership are used to buy and maintain much of the equipment we loan at no cost.
We consider protection of public health and the environment as a duty and a partnership we have with you. Please help us, help you!
