Exhibitor Information



The Iowa Rural Water Association’s Okoboji Fall Conference is scheduled for September 12-13 at Arrowwood Resort and the 15th Dubuque Fall Conference is scheduled for October 10-11 at the Grand River Center. I am inviting you to participate in one or both of these conferences. Simply complete the appropriate Vendor Registration Form and return it to our office no later than August 31st, 2017.


Exhibit fees include all breaks, Tuesday Lunch & Evening Meal for two (2) company representatives, 6 ft. skirted table and two chairs. Booth electricity IS NOT offered at the Fall conferences. **Booth space WILL be assigned by IRWa staff based on receipt of application.**


The IRWA Cancellation Policy is if written cancellation notice is received by September 1st for Okoboji and October 1st for Dubuque, you will receive a full refund minus a $50 administration fee. No refunds will be issued for either conference after these dates.


All vendors will be listed in the final programs. In addition, please take a moment to review our Sponsorship Level opportunities; we would be honored to display your company logo during our conferences.


The tradition continues with a Golf Tournament and Pork Chop Fry at the Okoboji Fall Conference on Tuesday late afternoon and evening. In Dubuque, it’s our 15th Anniversary! We will be hosting a River Boat Cruise Social Time on Tuesday Evening following the training day. Sponsorship opportunities are available for all events.
